After its continued success and growth, Manage Your Mind, branched away from the charity and has now been set up as a Community Interest Company (CIC), Company Number 10639227. Whilst we operate independently of IAHV, our overall aims and objectives are essentially the same and we continue to maintain a partnership in providing courses that improve the health and well being of the community.

Our London Centre in Hoxton, launched in March 2025, was a wonderful milestone as IAHV’s only physical office and community hub in Europe. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who visited, volunteered, and connected with us at the Shoreditch Exchange Building. Although this physical space is now closed, our community and work remain as active as ever. You can still sign up via this website to volunteer with us.
